FCA Digital Advertising Program (Co-op)
The FCA co-op program can seem a little complicated at first, but once you’re through the initial setup, everything should hum along quietly from there. To help get you started, we have included answers for a few common questions.
What is it?
The FCA Digital Advertising Program is the pre-approved co-op program for FCA dealers that is run by Shift Digital on behalf of FCA.Am I eligible?
As of the time of this writing, the main eligibility requirement to be on the program is having a live dealer.com website. This may be in addition to another website, but unless you are a legacy Convertus client, all traffic driven from the program must be directed towards a dealer.com website.

But, I already signed up with Convertus – isn’t that enough?
Although Convertus is a pre-approved provider, the co-op program is administered by Shift Digital – with all eligibility, claims, and other matters being handled by their team.

How do I collect co-op funds?
As the process is subject to change and outside of our control, all questions should be directed to Shift Digital as above. That said, the current process involves receiving an email in DealerCONNECT at the start of the quarter outlining your allocations which can then be accepted by following the prompts.
